Transport Action Prairie is a non-profit consumer advocacy group concerned with public transport and passenger rail issues in western Canada, including the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
We advocate for environmentally, economically, and socially sustainable transportation options that support communities large and small and Canadians of all ages and abilities.
Transport Action Prairie a division of Transport Action Canada. Together with other regional chapters, we work to reconnect rail and bus services and networks across Canada. Join us today.
Until Spring of 2010 we were known as Transport 2000 Canada, which was formed following Canada’s first National Rail Passenger Conference, held in Regina, SK in 1976.
